The Challenge

The client needed a high-end, polished look within a tightly defined construction budget and timeline for a purchased condo space. She wanted a highly functional medspa—treatment rooms, office/meeting space, and a striking lobby—without sacrificing originality or a heightened guest experience.

Our Solution

Pasley Commercial Interiors curated finishes and furnishings that aligned with the client’s aesthetic while respecting the overall project constraints. The team used circles as a signature design motif, softened corners with curves, layered in custom wall textures, and developed bespoke wallpaper in Renova’s brand colors, complemented by showroom-sample furnishings to maintain cohesion.

The Results

The completed interior stands in bold contrast to its ordinary surroundings, presenting as a refined escape that immediately reassures and delights patients on arrival. The client describes the space as original, elevated, and aligned with her brand, with the design powerfully shaping first impressions for her growing medical aesthetics practice.

Client Testimonials
